Website Privacy Notice

Effective July 13, 2026. This notice applies to the Duxor website.

Overview

Duxor LLC ("Duxor", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of people who visit this website or contact us about the product. This notice explains what information the website handles, why, how it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you. It covers the marketing website at getduxor.com only. It does not govern data processed inside the Duxor product, which is governed by separate customer agreements and product privacy materials.

By contacting us or providing information through this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this notice.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you reach out to us, you may share your name, company, work email, phone number, company size, product interests, and details about your operations or workflow. You choose what to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential customer data through general inquiries.

How the contact form works

When you submit the walkthrough form, your details are sent to our own server at getduxor.com and delivered to our team by email. The form posts to our own handler, not to a third-party form service. You can also email us directly instead of using the form.

Information collected automatically

This website is intentionally lightweight. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which content is useful. We see aggregate statistics, not profiles of named people, and we do not use advertising features. As with most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server request logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, and timestamps, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Any such logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own terms.

Information we do not collect here

This notice does not cover customer project, workforce, location, financial, communication, or operational data processed inside the Duxor product. Those activities are governed by customer agreements, product privacy materials, and data processing terms.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses Google Analytics only with your permission: a notice asks before any analytics cookie is set, declining keeps the site fully functional with no analytics at all, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as a decline. We do not use advertising features and we do not sell data. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can change your analytics choice at any time.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule product discussions.
  • Understand contractor needs and improve the product.
  • Communicate about pilots, founding customer opportunities, product updates, or partnerships when relevant to your request.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and developing business relationships, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. As the business grows, we may use service providers for functions such as website hosting, email, and scheduling. Any such provider should receive only the information reasonably needed to perform its function and be bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Duxor or others, in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, or with your direction or consent.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the contact information you provided, and you may ask us to stop sending non-transactional communications. We will honor these requests subject to legal and legitimate business retention needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

  • EEA and UK. Rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  • California. Rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

International transfers

Duxor LLC operates from the United States, in the State of Illinois, and information you send may be processed there or in other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws different from your own. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, to meet legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to maintain legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Children

The Duxor website and product are intended for businesses and working professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website, our vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

Questions, choices, or requests about this notice may be sent to our privacy inbox. For general inquiries, contact us.
